To get a refund from Apple, do the following:
- Click on your name in the upper right hand corner of iTunes
- Click on Account Info (enter your password if prompted)
- Under Purchase History, click on “See All”
- Find Mobile Mouse in the list by selecting the correct date range
- Click on the arrow next to Mobile Mouse
- Click the Report A Problem button
- Click the Report a Problem link next to Mobile Mouse in the list
- Under “Choose Problem”, select “Problem is not listed here"
- In the description field, type “Developer approved full refund”
- Your account should be credited for a full refund.
