Never works

For some reason Ive had this for a couple years. Its probably worked twice. Even when everything is updated it cant find a connection. The "troubleshooting" is a page with useless info that hasnt changed for years. Dont download! Stupid me, I paid for the pro version which makes me hate this app that much more. Ripped off!
