Ive been using this app for a long time now. Its always just worked. Recently the app was not connecting anymore. I contacted their support team and they got back to me amazingly quick. Thanks to their suggestions I found out the default port I was using was already in use for something else, after changing it everything worked again. It was a great customer service experience.

The app itself is easy to use and does exactly what you want: turns your phone into a trackpad. It also works great for both windows and OS X.
